Getting Started

How do I generate my first piece of content?

Go to Generate, select a template, choose a style profile, fill in your parameters, and click Generate. The multi-agent pipeline will research, write, edit, and format your content automatically.

What is the Demo plan?

The Demo is a one-time $9.99 purchase that gives you 5 content generations and 7-day access to the full platform. The $9.99 is credited toward any subscription you upgrade to.

What is the difference between a template and a style profile?

Templates define what type of content is produced: blog article, press release, screenplay, etc. Style profiles define how it sounds: the tone, voice, formality, and writing patterns applied to the output.

How long does generation take?

Most generations complete in 60–180 seconds. The pipeline runs a planner, researcher, writer, editor, formatter, SEO, and publisher agent in sequence. Complex templates with deep research enabled may take longer.

Templates & Style Profiles

How many templates are available?

WriterzRoom includes 13 templates spanning blog articles, email newsletters, social media campaigns, press releases, market analysis, business proposals, strategic briefs, research papers, data-driven reports, technical documentation, API documentation, feature screenplays, and TV pilot scripts.

What are style profiles?

Style profiles are pre-built writing personas: 65+ profiles across academic, journalistic, technical, creative, business, and conversational categories. They control tone, vocabulary, sentence structure, and rhetorical approach.

What is Brand Voice DNA?

Brand Voice DNA lets you upload 1–10 samples of your existing writing. The system analyzes your tone, vocabulary, sentence patterns, and rhetorical devices to generate a custom voice profile that replicates your writing style in every generation.

Can I use any style profile with any template?

Yes, but some combinations work better than others. The template content type always takes priority: a technical documentation template will maintain its structure regardless of style profile. Style profiles influence voice, not structure.

Publishing

Which platforms can I publish to?

WriterzRoom supports direct publishing to Medium, WordPress, Ghost, Dev.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn, and Beehiiv.

How do I connect a publishing platform?

Go to Settings → Publishing and add your platform credentials. Each platform requires an API key or OAuth token, which you generate from within that platform's settings.

Does publishing happen automatically after generation?

No. Content is saved as a draft in your content library after generation. You review, edit if needed, then publish manually, or schedule it from the publishing manager.

Why does Beehiiv behave differently from other platforms?

Beehiiv's API creates posts as drafts in your newsletter. You still need to send the newsletter from inside Beehiiv, as WriterzRoom cannot trigger the send on your behalf.

Billing & Plans

What plans are available?

Demo ($9.99 one-time, 5 generations, 7-day access), Starter ($39/mo, 500 generations), Professional ($79/mo, 1,000 generations, team up to 5 users, API access), Enterprise ($149/mo, 2,000 generations, unlimited team, white-label). Annual billing saves 20%.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free tier. The Demo plan ($9.99) gives you full platform access with 5 generations to evaluate the product before committing to a subscription.

What happens when I reach my generation limit?

Generation will be blocked until your billing cycle resets. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms by contacting support.

Account & Settings

How do I change my default AI model?

Go to Settings → Preferences. You can set your default model, temperature, max tokens, and content quality mode. These defaults apply to all new generations unless overridden per generation.

Can I export my generated content?

Yes. From your content library you can export individual pieces or bulk export your content. Supported formats include JSON, Markdown, and HTML.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Make sure to export any content you want to keep and cancel your subscription before deleting.

API Access

Which plans include API access?

Professional and Enterprise plans include API access.

How does the generation API work?

Submit a POST request to /generate with your template, style profile, and parameters. The endpoint returns a request_id immediately. Poll GET /generate/status/{request_id} to track progress and retrieve the completed content.

Where do I find my API key?

Go to Settings → API Access. Your API key is generated on first visit to that page. Keep it secure, it grants full generation access under your account quota.
