By accessing or using WriterzRoom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individual subscribers, API users, and enterprise customers.

WriterzRoom is an enterprise-grade AI content generation platform. The Service includes:

• AI-powered content generation across 13 templates and 65+ style profiles
• Multi-agent pipeline orchestration via LangGraph (Planner, Researcher, Writer, Editor, Formatter, SEO, Publisher)
• Real-time web research integrated into every generation
• Brand voice analysis, profile creation, and consistency scoring
• Direct publishing to Medium, WordPress, Ghost, Dev.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn, and Beehiiv
• Content Library with draft management, editing, and section regeneration
• REST API access for programmatic generation and content management
• Vertical configurations for Healthcare, Fintech, Legal, SaaS, Real Estate, and Entertainment

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

To access the Service, you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@writerzroom.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms or for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Produce misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or abuse
• Generate spam, malware, or other malicious material
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate controls, or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or pipeline logic
• Share, sublicense, or resell account access without written authorization

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication. WriterzRoom generates content for drafting and informational purposes. Domain-specific content — particularly Healthcare, Legal, and Financial — must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use or distribution.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide as input and all content generated by the Service based on your inputs, subject to these Terms.

Our Technology

WriterzRoom retains all rights to its technology, including:

• AI models, agent pipeline logic, and orchestration architecture
• YAML template and style profile systems
• Software, APIs, and platform infrastructure
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets

License to Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute generated content for any lawful purpose.

No Training Use

We do not use your proprietary input content or generated output to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

Plans

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• The $9.99 Demo fee applies as credit toward your first subscription
• Subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. The Demo plan is non-refundable.
• Usage limits reset on your billing anniversary date, not the calendar month boundary
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice

Failed Payments

If payment fails, access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Contact support@writerzroom.com to address billing issues.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Content is processed solely to provide the Service
• Publishing credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest
• Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud with VPC-isolated database access
• We comply with applicable data protection laws
• You may request deletion of your account data at any time

We maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party service dependencies, or force majeure events.

Generation failures do not count against your monthly usage limit. If a generation fails, retry with the same or adjusted inputs. Persistent failures should be reported to support@writerzroom.com with the request ID.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all content before use, particularly in regulated domains such as Healthcare, Legal, and Finance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRITERZROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Fail to resolve outstanding payment obligations
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Pose a security risk to the platform or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end. Export any content you wish to retain before cancelling, as account data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this page
• Notify you of material changes via email or platform notification
• Provide at least 30 days notice before significant changes take effect

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where claims qualify for small claims court.
